Who is The Trini Gee?
The Trini Gee is one person. No, I'm not from Trinidad (people do ask). I'm a black woman, mother, wife, and creative. The label list goes on, but a review of my store will offer a glimpse into my interests and pride. While I do work with a print/production partner, everything is done by me.
Do you make the items featured on the site?
I create and curate the art featured on the products seen. Some items are indeed drawn or digitally created by me, but I support other artists and designers too (with commercial authorization). This allows my store to have a greater variety of products.
How long does delivery take?
Your purchase is made to order and I do not personally hold excess inventory or stock. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number to ensure delivery. Most orders are received within 7 days. Please keep in mind that timeframes may change based on USPS delays and holidays.
Is international shipping available?
Yes, at an additional cost we can deliver around the world without issue. I am also able to waive the fee for some products and countries.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is absolutely free on all domestic orders.
What if my items arrive misprinted/damaged/defective? What if they don't arrive at all?
We can easily resolve any issues within 30 days after you receive your item. If there's ANY dissatisfaction, just contact me with several photos.
Do you accept returns?
Items are made to order, so I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you aren't satisfied with your product, please send a few photos and a message.
Can I have everything shipped together in a single package?
Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible. I notify customers via email when this is the case and provide tracking numbers for individual shipments.
Where are your products delivered from?
Outside of the art and design portion, products are not personally created in my home. This job is left to top-rated/professional printers in the United States who then ship my items from their fulfillment centers. Unless otherwise noted, nothing on this site is shipped from outside the USA.
I live in your city, can I pick up my order from your house?
No, I do not hold excess inventory or ship anything from my home.
Can you customize my gift?
Customization comes at an added cost, but is unavailable during peak seasons. Upon payment, I will provide you with mockup selections within 48 hours.
